Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

When you create an account we collect:

  • Email address — for authentication and transactional emails
  • TOTP secret — if you enable 2FA (stored encrypted)
  • Subscription status — passed by Whop (our billing provider) via webhook
  • Telegram chat ID — only if you connect Telegram for alerts
  • Replication data — positions you log manually for PnL comparison

We do not collect payment card details (handled entirely by Whop), wallet addresses, or any on-chain identifiers from you.

2. How we use your data

  • To authenticate your account and deliver the service
  • To send real-time whale alerts via Telegram (if enabled)
  • To send transactional emails (account, billing)
  • To calculate and display your replication PnL

We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

3. Non-custodial

Hadal never asks for your Polymarket credentials, API keys, or wallet private keys. We have no access to your Polymarket account. Whale positions displayed are derived entirely from public on-chain data.

4. Third-party processors

  • Whop — billing and subscription management
  • Supabase — database hosting (US region)
  • Fly.io — backend hosting (US region)
  • Resend — transactional email delivery
  • Telegram — alert delivery (chat ID + alert text only)

5. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, personal data is deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Security

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. TOTP secrets are encrypted at rest with Fernet symmetric encryption. All data in transit uses TLS. State-mutating actions are logged in an append-only audit log.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@hadal.pro. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Cookies

We use a single session cookie for authentication. No tracking cookies, no third-party analytics cookies, no consent banner required.
