Terms of Service

1. Service description

Hadal (“we”, “us”, “the service”) provides a subscription-based information service that monitors publicly visible on-chain activity on Polymarket and presents it in a dashboard and via Telegram alerts. Hadal is strictly non-custodial: we do not hold, transfer, or have any access to your funds, wallet, or Polymarket account.

2. Not financial advice

All information provided by Hadal — including whale positions, Suspicion Scores, alerts, and editorial content — is for informational purposes only. Nothing on Hadal constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. Prediction market trading involves the risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to access prediction markets in your jurisdiction to use Hadal. By creating an account you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions are processed by Whop (our merchant of record). Billing is in USD. Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current paid period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, systematically download, or redistribute Hadal data without written permission
  • Use the service to manipulate prediction markets or engage in wash trading
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent access controls
  • Share your account credentials with third parties

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantee that whale tracking data is complete, accurate, or real-time. Past performance of tracked traders does not guarantee future results.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hadal is not liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or other damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via a notice on the site.
